Tension Head Banjo #2 is made with a one piece neck and dowel stick from old stock mahogany, aged 40 years. The antique, grain measure is of old growth white oak. Rolled brass tone ring under and spun brass cap. Hand carved details, rosewood fretboard, aged brass hardware, hide head. It's a very solid banjo, plays great, warm, balanced tone.
